Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Travelers Tale website, services, or digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our website and services immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users who access our platform from within the United States or internationally.

Service Use and Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals and businesses legally capable of forming binding contracts under California law. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to engage with our agency on behalf of yourself or your organization. Misrepresentation of identity, intent, or authorization may result in refusal or termination of services.

Scope of Services

Travelers Tale provides digital marketing, branding, psychology-based strategy, AI-powered insights, and related creative services. The scope, timelines, pricing, and deliverables for each project are mutually decided before work begins. We reserve the right to enhance, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion. All services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis and are not guaranteed to produce specific business outcomes or revenue results.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, strategies, frameworks, tools, and materials created by Travelers Tale remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Clients receive usage rights for completed deliverables only after full payment is received. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or replication of our work, systems, or proprietary methods is strictly prohibited under California law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for service delivery. Any delays, incomplete instructions, or missing resources from the client’s side may affect timelines and quality of results. Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts and deliverables promptly and communicating feedback within the specified timeframe.

Payments and Billing

All invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Travelers Tale reserves the right to pause, delay, or terminate ongoing work if payments are overdue. Additional services, revisions beyond scope, and rushed timelines may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Travelers Tale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. This includes—but is not limited to—loss of revenue, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Privacy and Data Use

We collect and process client information solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services. Sensitive data is handled with confidentiality and is never sold or shared with third parties without permission, except where required by California privacy regulations or lawful requests. By using our services, you consent to our data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Revisions, Cancellations, and Project Changes

Revisions included in any service package are limited to the agreed number. Additional revisions or changes in scope may require new fees or extended timelines. If a client wishes to cancel a project, all work completed up to that point must be paid in full. Travelers Tale reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if cooperation, communication, or compliance becomes unreasonable.

Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Some services may rely on third-party platforms such as ad networks, analytics tools, AI systems, or design software. Travelers Tale is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing adjustments, or performance issues related to external tools. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts, payment methods, and compliance with third-party terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from service use shall be resolved through negotiation first, followed by mediation or binding arbitration held in California if necessary. Clients agree that litigation will only be pursued as a last resort.

Modifications to Terms

Travelers Tale may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, regulations, or business practices. Updated terms become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
